Which things are offered to Govardhan Maharaj
On the day of Govardhan Puja, when there is a new crop, its bhog is offered, Annakoot is made and there is a tradition of offering the same. Along with Annakoot, 56 bhog prasad is also prepared for Lord Krishna.
On this day, a mountain named Govardhan Giri is worshiped as God.
On the day of Govardhan Puja, wake up in the Brahma Muhurta in the morning, take a bath and worship Lord Krishna.
After this, make a statue of Govardhan Maharaj in the courtyard of the house in the afternoon.
Along with Govardhan Maharaj, statues of cow and Braj are also made.
